Media ContactAll media contact is managed through the Corporate Communications department. Any interaction with the media must follow REDBOX’s media communications policy and be coordinated through the department.
Public Relations ActivitiesPublic relations efforts, including campaigns, press releases, and media events, are to be planned and executed in collaboration with Corporate Communications, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand messaging
Materials ReviewAll printed, digital, and presentation materials intended for external use must adhere to REDBOX’s branding guidelines and be reviewed by Corporate Communications for accuracy and consistency before distribution.
General Communications Guidelines
Financial InformationREDBOX does not provide detailed financial data to external parties outside of formally reported financial statements. Discussions regarding financial performance must be framed in general terms or percentages.
NeutralityREDBOX remains politically neutral and refrains from commenting on governmental, regulatory, or legal issues unless they directly impact the organization.
