The coronavirus outbreak has affected a lot of things throughout the world. The economies of many countries are facing a deep stock drop. The real estate world is also facing a lot of downfalls, and so are the real estate agents in Karachi. The investors are hesitant to invest, and the investment activities have come to a halt.

There’s a massive drop, and this has created a panicky state which has installed fear in everyone's hearts. People are evacuating to avoid infection. People have stopped investing so that they find virus-free locations to settle first.

The real estate agents in Karachi are claiming that real estate stocks have drastically fallen. The real estate sector comprises companies that own by investing, participate in the development and manage residential, commercial, and industrial properties. All of these sectors are facing a significant loss because of the fear of the coronavirus that has taken over the real estate market. The solution can be to invest in the outskirts of town. So that the people don't get in contact with other people because the virus is highly contagious.

There are some precautionary measures that can be taken to avoid the virus. Sanitize your hands after every half an hour. Wash hands consistently, avoid unnecessary contact with humans and avoid going out unnecessarily. Practice breathing test by holding the breath for 10 seconds, if you experience cough, then you may be infected, but if you don't suffer, then you are good to go.

People entering from the neighboring countries have created a panicky estate as the neighboring countries have a higher rate of infected people, and the virus is super contagious, tends to travel from human to human, and makes the humans vulnerable. It's hard to keep a record of who entered the country when, although the borders have been closed for any sort of entries and the government is also not allowing the citizens to travel to the countries who are at a higher risk.

The prices of the projects are also dropping down; this is an excellent opportunity for those who wait for the prices to fall for long term investments.

The downfall has affected a lot of lives and is having a negative impact on the real estate market. People are concerned, but at the same time, they are waiting for the market to get back to its normal state so that the process of investing, buying and selling continues to have better living opportunities.

Overall the coronavirus has successfully installed fear in people's hearts, which has created a negative impact on the real estate market's reputation.
