Step forward towards Taiser Town allottees

Taiser Town scheme 45 has taken one step ahead and MDA announced the distribution of confirmation letter to the allottees of the Taiser Town. Additional Director of Malir Development Authority (MDA) has announced the distribution of confirmation letters will start on 18 November. He further said that in the first phase, 5000 confirmation letters would be issued. Moreover, this process of confirmation letter issuance will end by the mid of December.

Allottees can pay the confirmation fee in any branch of the Silk Bank across Sindh within the province. The requirement of the document is only the National Identity Card (NIC). You have to pay this fee using a pay order or demand draft. After depositing the fee, you will receive a particular pay slip of the MDA.

The confirmation fee for the Taiser Town plots is different for the different sized plots. Details of the instalment and total amount of the plot are given below:

Instalment plan for 80 square yard plots in Taiser Town

You can easily understand the instalment plan through this division for 80 Square yard plots.

• Application form submission fees are Rs. 9,000 applicants had already paid when they submitted the form.
• The confirmation fee is Rs. 10,000 which is due to the applicants now. The allottees have time to submit this confirmation letter within a month after issuance.
• Allottees will abide to pay PKR. 12,200 when they are allocated these plots and they will have to pay this amount within two months.
• After allocation of 80 square yard plots, now allottees will have to pay an instalment of Rs. 5000. With this instalment, your total amount will reach Rs. 180, 000 in three years.

The total amount of the 80 square yard plots becomes PKR. 211,200 excluding utility charges.

Instalment plan for 120 square yard plots in Taiser Town

Following is the detail of instalment and the total amount for the 120 square yard plots in Taiser Town:

• At the time of form submission, allottees have already paid Rs.  15,000 against their application forms.
• Allottees are required to pay Rs. 35, 800 as the Confirmation fee. They are abiding to pay this fee within a month after the issuance of the confirmation letter.
• At the time of allocation of plots, allottees will be required to pay Rs. 50,000 within the two months of the time period.
• Monthly instalment fees for the 120 square yard plots at Taiser Town is Rs. 6,000 which becomes a total of Rs. 216,000.

The total cost of 120 square yard plots in Tiaser Town reaches to PKR. 316,800 excluding other charges of the utilities.

Instalment plan for 240 square yard plots in Taiser Town

Following is the detail of the instalment plan of the 240 sq. yard plots in Taiser Town:

• Allottees have paid Rs. 30,000 at the time of booking of 240 square yard plots.
• Allottees are required to pay Rs. 85,600 as the confirmation fee within a month of issuance of the confirmation letter.
• Allottees will abide to pay Rs. 86, 000 in a period of two months.
• Allottees will have to pay a monthly instalment fee of Rs. 20,000 every month. This amount will reach Rs. Rs. 720,000 within 3 years of the instalment plan.

The total cost of the plot of 240 sq. yard in Taiser Town is PKR. 921,600 excluding charges of utility.

Instalment plan for 400 square yard plots in Taiser Town

You can get benefit from the following instalment plan of 400 square yard plot in Taiser Town:

• Allottees have paid Rs. 50,000 at the time of booking along with application form.
• After receiving the confirmation letter, allottees will have to pay Rs. 175,000 within a month
• Allottees have to pay Rs. 191,000 at the time of allocation in two months.
• For the 400 square yards plot, the monthly instalment is Rs. 40,000 which becomes Rs. 14, 40,000 over three years of payment plan.

For the 400 sq. yard plot in Taiser Town, the total cost reaches to PKR. 18, 56,000.
