Response of Bahria Town management towards protestors was not good

Bahria Town has been successful in Lahore and Islamabad. However, the launch of Bahria in Karachi has been deterrent by the Supreme Court. Supreme Court charged Bahria Town with plenty of 4.6 Billion and occupied the illegal area. Consequently, residencies and investors of banned vicinity of Bahria Town protested in Karachi. The reason of this protest was illegal land.

The investors protested because their investment got stuck in the illegal vicinity of Bahria Town Karachi. As well as residence protested because Bahria Town stopped the supply of electricity and water in blocked areas. The behaviour of management was not good towards protestors and it did not show their interest in confronting the protestors. They should have dealt properly with the protestors. The management could serve tea or anything else to make the crowd calm. They could talk well and negotiate with the protestors. In fact, if management would have listened to their problems, it will be enough for the crowd that management is pondering on their hurdles.

It was imprecision of management, Malik Riaz could not expect this behaviour of management towards residence and investors. If he were there, he would tackle the situation deliberately. He is a front-runner who faces challenges that come to his way. He did not argue on the penalties and occupation of the land and gave compensation in Billions of rupee. Most vigilantly, he hasn’t left the country.

Contradictorily, when we see our Previous Prime Minister, Nawaz Sharif, he has not stood-up against blames on him. Moreover, when court charged Rs. 7 Billion surety bond as the guarantee of his return to the homeland, he has not given paid it. His party made the decision in his favour and on Sunday, the judiciary announced that Nawaz Sharif has a relief to go out of the country by paying only Rs. 50 as the surety bond.

Concluding, Malik Riaz is a dedicated person because he really wants to do work for his homeland. He has even asked COAS Qamar Bajwa to let him do work in Pakistan; he has the aim to develop our country. He is willing to transform societies in Pakistan to the international standard. Propagation of Bahria Town in metropolitan cities of Pakistan is evidence of his devotion.
