    Naya Pakistan housing scheme initiative by Imran led government

    The recently announced project of NAYA PAKISTAN HOUSING SCHEME by the prime minister of Pakistan is the new talk of the town. This is the positive initiative taken by the government of Pakistan for the people. The registration forms are available at NADRA office. Prices are generally reasonable as compared to other projects. In this project, more than five million houses have to be constructed in the different part of Pakistan. Here I am going to discuss the complete detail that is given by the prime minister of Pakistan.

    Who is going to get the benefits from it?

    This is for those who cannot afford the home at high prices. We know nowadays the real estate market is at a high rise and people are not willing to pay that much amount for smaller homes. But to get the registration process done, they have to meet the certain criteria tan ht means the current house hole income. Online e registration form is available ion the website of Nadra where the candidate should match the criteria given by the prime minister. The candidate has to mention his total monthly income in the range of 10,000 to 25000. According to Imran Khan, he is going to construct five million houses with his tenure that is five years. The categories will be the labor class, lower middle class, and middle class. This can be availed at 10 to 25 % of the down payment.

    Reasonable prices of the home

    As far as prices are concerned no certain figure has been disclosed yet. But the speculations are the prices are compatible low as compared to other projects. Moreover, we know that banks are ready to provide home loan facility at their own terms and conditions. But you can clear the loan in 20 years. According to our sources, the prices of 2 to 4 Marla is starting from 8 to 12 lac. We think this is quite reasonable prices that a normal middle-class person can easily afford.

    Prominent project features

    An action plan is ready by the government of Pakistan. The project is only for the private sector. The government will act as the land provider for the project. The government of Pakistan will also be removing any obstacle that will cause any hindrance in the project. The government is onto the project, and the plan has to be executed within three months. A committee of 17 members has been assigned the task and will be the only controlling source of the project. By this, we mean every single work will have to go through under these 17 members.

    PILOT PROJECT IS ON THE WAY!

    For the employees of the federal government pilot project is announced. The action plan has already been started on 12 October. This is the joint venture between the federal government and the private sector. The construction of the houses is divided into the seven cities. These cities are Islamabad, Faisalabad, Quetta, Muzaffarabad, Swat, and Sukkur.

    REGISTRATION PROCESS EXPLAINED FOR THE BUYERS

    The online registration form is available at the website of NADRA. You can download it from there and submit in the respective offices in the respective cities.
